3. Public Comment on items not on the agenda but within the Committee's purview

4. Update on current status of proposed expansion of 3315 Durand Drive, request for letter from HUNC in support of appeals against decision by Planning Department (supported project)

5. Discussion of Mission and Focus of Committee for 2007-2008

6. Update on Little Country Church of Hollywood, update, proposal by community for designation as City Park

7. Update on Newsrack Ordinance in L.A., proposal for HUNC to continue to support CLEAN Coalition proposals

8. Discussion & vote on improved record keeping of City Early Info and of outreach to persons filing for Zoning exceptions, CUPs, etc.

9. Update on presentation on 3 home Small Lot Subdivision at 2620 Beachwood - Hollyland Development, Jil Bigelow. This owner dids not appear at HUNC meetings, but several neighbors have. Board letter sent to Z A.w/history and negative finding.

10. Update on Residence Addition - 2531 N Dearborn Drive - Zoning Hearing 17 April - Board letter of approval sent Z A.

11. HSDNC Request. Consider taking a position on overheight front yard fencing, paving front yards, and parking in front yards. Example in HSDNC: 1236 N El Centro. Example in CHNC: 6319 La Mirada.

12. Update on Hollywood Bl/Garfield Pl Project - Ira Dankberg representing Bond Companies. North-west corner, Garfield and Hollywood, currently a fenced vacant property.. A mixed use project for this site was approved by HUNC some time ago. Latest proposal is for 120 apartments instead of 90 condominiums to obtain "bonus" requirement reductions.. - Approved by 6 Board members, with 4 abstentions.
