Attending: Joel M. Fisher, Andrew Glazier, Susan Swan, Susan Polifronio and Lucy Grigorian: Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm.

Agenda Item #2: General Review: No motions
Agenda Item #3: Consideration of policy to requiring participation on a committee for eligibility to run for a board seat.
Motion by Andrew Glazier to refer the issue to the Election Committee for research into the legality of making such a requirement.
Second: Susan Polifronio
Discussion: The Committee members agreed that the staggering of seats addresses some of the fears regarding non-participating stakeholders with single issue agendas from having too much power as a Board member.
Disposition: Passed Unanimously
Agenda Item #4: Consideration of policy to require inclusion of vote tally on any official declaration of a position of HUNC.
Motion by Andrew Glazier to amend the By-Laws to include a vote tally on any official declaration of a position by the HUNC Board.
Second: Susan Polifronio
Discussion: All agreed that knowing the count lends more credibility to any action taken by the Board. The amendment will be to meeting procedures.
